The people here is so lazy or they just hate theirs jobs. The whole office was empty for over 30 minutes, I was trying to open an account for a member family and after those 30 minutes they just said βwe donβt have appoiments until Thursdayβ (two days later). Is not the first time that happen and other people said they are always over excuses to refuse the service. I wish I can give them zero stars. But one is ok tho.

I waited 15 min for someone to tell me there is no one there to notarized my letter because that person is on vacation. There is no one else there that can notarize. Really? What kind of a bank has only one person that can do the job and you have to wait until she gets back! No wonder their customer rating is so bad.

I was wondering why this bank have such bad reviews and overall of 2.5 stars rating but now I fully understand I had an appointment set for 10:30 for a business account and I was waiting 45 min to my appointment, they do not even have water for the clients that are waiting, why setting appointment if the banker is not even here??? I literary had to wait to the banker to come back from a Dr appointment. Not only we were waiting here but the bankers here are just useless and been waisting our time and everytime they ask for other docs that they did nit ask before, Bottom line try a different branch because this branch is the worst I have seen

Very bad customer service. Had a quick question and was told very rudely that I must have an appointment to even ask a question. After a few bad experiences with Wells Fargo I am considering switching banks even though we have been customers for many years.
