Went to cash a check here and multiple tellers told me they can’t. I go to another Wells Fargo and I was able to get the check cashed all the teller had to do was call where the check was coming from to verify the check but unfortunately the tellers here at the Cheyenne and Jones Wells Fargo are lazy and doesn’t want to help people. Very understaffed as well I waited almost a hour just to get denied, and like I said I went to another Wells Fargo down the street and had absolutely no troubles or a wait because it was multiple people working and contributing. They are also not practicing social distancing and mask policies. Multiple people even the workers didn’t have their mask on properly and they were letting customers line up back to back.

Friendly but understaffed. 8 people in front of me to get to a teller and only two windows open to assist in banking transactions. Hire more people please.
