This location will have 10 people in line with two tellers together working one both and will not move with any sense of urgency to get the line moving. I have been standing in line for 15 mins watching and waiting as patiently as I can but when a customer is done and they stands there talking it just rattle my feathers😡😡

I absolutely love this B of A Branch. The manager Myra is amazing. I go there so much to get boxes of Pennies for my coin roll hunting. She has always always gone out of her way to help me out so I don’t get a box of brand new pennies that I can’t use. If I did receive one I was able to occasionally return them for another box. She knows who I am every time I come there although, since COVID it’s been only once. She has superb Customer Service skills and she is a joy to see even when they are super busy. If she ever leaves I will go wherever she is working unless she retires at a young age lol. A must have for your banking and coin hunting needs. Thanks Myra. I appreciate you.

The teller yesterday was snooty and the manager was even worse. She was very rude and stuck up. A seminar in customer service would do this branch well. At the end of the day this is a business. A business should want to make more business? The manager should wake up and figure that out versus being a rude.
