The atm door doesn’t open for weeks now ! We can’t access it after hours !!!

I’ve been a customer of chase for almost a decade and this particular branch is why I’m Closing my account. I’ve had 2 atm issues that have happened more than once. First, when getting $300+ it would give me all 5s and the tellers “can’t do anything about it.” Secondly, sometimes it will start a withdrawal, take the money out of my account then encounter an error. This would happen on Saturday’s so I would have to wait until Monday to call customer service and get my money replenished. I understand the tellers can’t help, but they could be friendlier about it. Both of these things have happened 2-3 times in the last couple months. I’ve been debating leaving chase and after these instances, I will be closing my account.

I have had an account with Chase for 20 years. I needed to have a document notarized. I asked if it could be notarized and was informed that I needed appointment. There were 5 people working in the bank with no customers in the bank. I was told to go to UPS to get it notorized there were not any appointments today. I have never had a Chase bank treat me this way. I will close all my accounts there! Inexcusable!!!

They have been very good to me since I've been banking with them. Any issue I had, If I went in and explained my problem, they always fixed it. Especially through the 2020 pandemic when I lost my income. They gave me courtesy time to get my finances straightened out. That is the definition of customer service.
