Horrible customer service. The female banker who came to inform me that she could not help me was rude and not helpful at all. There were at least 4 other employees and no customers in the bank. She "had to man the floor". This was after the girl at the window seemed bothered that I came into her bank. I just wanted to open an additional account and deposit the check. Sorry to bother you with my business.
