Worst bank ever, for the last 3 weeks the atm outside is broken ,now I'm inside and have been waiting over 12 minutes to be helped and no one can help me but the 2 bankers that are busy meanwhile 8 employees are standing around talking

The employees are OK but, none too friendly nor are they super knowledgeable about offers, systems or functions of certain things that are specific to Wells Fargo but, they do what they can.

Would not allow me to pay my mortgage payment because they closed 3mins before I arrived and while they still had customers inside. Explained the bill is due on Sunday and they're closed Sunday's. All the person at the door would say was sorry can't help you. Well Wells Fargo, your customer service at this branch sucks! It's also the reason and a bigger motivator to move my mortgage to another lender, which I am in the final stages of doing. Zero stars of I could rate zero...
