I used to go to the Wells Fargo on Sahara but it closed down, so this one is 2nd closest. I work at a casino so I have a lot of cash tips i bring in to deposit. My usual girl was always so sweet and interested in my job and we talked a lot when I would come in. Since I started coming to the Charleston Wells Fargo the supervisor usually helps me and the first time I came in and she saw my bundle of cash to count she literally said “I secretly hate you right now..” in a quiet tone. And the 2nd time I came in when I came up to the window she just sighed so loud and kinda rolled her eyes. Which I thought was strange because the guest she had before me was the rudest man who was arguing with her so I was like there’s no way she can be irritated with me this time since that previous guest was so terrible. Lol like I get it if it’s annoying I’m sorry but I thought this was a bank… just so unprofessional and rude and shes the supervisor?? Doesn’t have to make me feel like I’m bothering her, i try to be super nice. I’m sure it’ll make her happy to know I just change my money else where now.

First time in this brach and wells Fargo team are always on the top of the customer service since you get there the welcome you asking what do you need and how they can help you. The line was fast and the teller miss Santiago was so nice an polite. Good job wells Fargo team.

It was cool and I would have given it 5 stars but due to the fact that they charged me almost $8.00 to cash my payroll check which is actually cut on a Wells Fargo account I thought that was grounds for a star retraction Walmart would have only charged me $3.00 but I thought it would be free because it was one of their accounts.

The worst service I have ever received. I brought a digital check in and branch manager was rude and dismissive. There is a website through deluxe electronic checks where you can prove that the check is a good check and she wouldn’t even verify to see if the check was valid. she is not the person for this position she needs to train her staff that electronics checks are a thing and that they are valid checks THAT CAN BE VERIFIED. she does not need to be treating her patrons like criminals when they have valid business accounts with them! shame on you I will never come to this location again! Patrons beware
