Update: I was never apologized to or refunded for the items that were taken out of our apartment prior to the date on our notice we gave. We gave notice we would be out by July twenty something and before bringing our keys back they threw our stuff out and never called before or anything. Priceless items such as a certain rug and some certain dishes are gone forever. Receptionist at Management company kept saying she was relaying the message but I never got a call or email about the situation. Oh and uh they owe me $13 from the leftover money with the water/sewer/trash. Never heard about that either. Horrible management company, horrible leasing office. Ps: mgmt changed in December or January and that pool is still not fixed. Beginning of August 2022: Place is now “Lanier Cove Apartment” new name it’s now a worse place to live, pool has been closed for the summer under new management, more bugs, now it’s definitely overpriced. Leasing Manager threw away several of our items and approved it for renovations before the date we had signed to move out and bring our keys. Have contacted property management company. Fingers crossed they’ll make it right but I have a lot of doubts.

Worst place I lived! A/C wasn’t working for the whole summer and never got it fixed, the dishwasher had a whole and squirrels could get in there it took them almost 1 month to come and fix it. The bathroom roof was leaking for almost 2MONTHS and would always but an excuse to fix.Not a good place for its price. Don’t recommend this apartment

Absolutely beautiful place inside. Totally renovated with top of the line fixtures and decorations.
