This place has gotten worse and worse. The amount of money paid for the insurance the Co pays ect and you have to spend hours waiting with no explanation of why people or why people showing up after you go in before you.My wife had pain on her left side and waited over 2 hours and we had to fight to get her back. I came in with a few 3/4 of my arm burnt all skin off and some flesh. I waited for 4 hours. A burn bad enough to have the attic surgeon wanting to see him. Let me say that again 4 hours. The care here you shouldn't have to fight for. This place needs to really improve. It's so bad, I'll use the VA first and we know how bad the VA is. UNACCEPTABLE CARE..PERIOD

Facility is closing? Has closed? I have no idea. No information I've received on the phone makes any sense. They refused care, full stop. You should not expect to get healthcare through them. Edit: They replied, asking for things I don't have. I don't know what to tell whoever replied - I attempted to sign up for health care through them and was refused. I was told that this location was "closed", but also told that I could go there if I had gone there in the past. I'm aware that makes no sense, but it's what I was told. Long story short? You should not expect to get healthcare through them. They are not 'open' in a way that allows people to get healthcare, which is their entire business.

I have previously not been impressed with Kaiser dental, mainly because there are never appointments available. They have also called to re-schedule my appointment but then did not have another appointment to offer. I still think this organization needs to work on access. The front desk ladies have always been wonderful. This last visit definitely redeemed Kaiser Dental. Vera was my son’s hygienist and she was AMAZING! She was so kind and patient. She also was very educational and taught him at an appropriate level. My son was seen by Dr. Lytle. Dr. Lytle was great as well. Very thorough. Since I rarely take the time to do reviews, I would also like to give a shout out to the pediatric department. Those ladies are always amazing. We have seen all of the pediatricians and their MA’s in that department. They are very knowledgeable and I am always comfortable taking my kids to see them.

Helpful and efficient visit for my husband. I was able to get my second shingles vaccination at the same time, same module. Cheri, Nurse Assistant was friendly, positive and very helpful!

No it is not. It is open week days and Saturday during urgent care hours. Sunday the whole building is closed amd no urgent care on Sundays at the Longview location.

I'm not sure I understand your question. This is what I understood. You are alleging that if you have to be hospitalized you have to live in Longview? Or are wondering if you should move closer....why? Longview does not have a Kaiser overnight facility like Sunnyside or Oregon... If you need to be hospitalized at an approved Kaiser facility you may want to direct your questions to member services cuz we are just Google reviewers.....
Longview lab hrs are Saturday only from 9am-6pm, they coincide with the urgent care
U have to call the main phone number to get to C.Manzone There is no direct phone number that I know of. So if you are a member Kaiser in Longview, you would have that phone number to get through in order to reach a specific person.

Yes, MRI's done w/a referral fm. A doctor. The place can get busy so an appointment can be scheduled in the imaging department by phone or walking. Depending on the time of the day once in awhile you can get taking care of right away. Saturday appointments as well
