How do I get an application? I've been trying to call but get automated stuff. I'd like to speak with a human please.

I found sometimes if you don't press anything or zero as the gal state of before that you'll get a human and they are awesome I give them 5 stars all across the board they treat their patients with a lot of respect and care. They will actually defend you against the doctor that's not treating you fairly good luck and if you join you will be in good hands

When you call and as it goes into the automated I push the zero button, usually you'll get someone.
