I'm from Oregon and had bad car problems while in Washington and stopped in at this NAPA store. The manager Lynn was so helpful and seriously made my day so much better with everything. I was tight on money and she helped me figure things out and took so much stress off of my shoulders! She's such an amazing person!

I was there to make a purchase. The part I purchased was in the back of the store. We were told by the gentleman in the back our part would be at the front counter. I made the purchase almost leaving the store and then realized I didn’t have what I purchased. I turned and asked the counter person who just sold it to me and she made a rude comment about not having it and turned away as if that was it. She didn’t help me and she was rude about it when I asked if she was going to go back and get it or if we had to get it after being told she had it.

Great service and employees that know what they're doing. Sometimes the prices are a bit high but for the most part the parts are higher quality.

Perfect, they had in stock the rare brake master cylinder I needed.. Back on the road Friday night instead of waiting till Monday which was the soonest I could find it anywhere else...
