Busy location on this particular Friday. I had to wait for a vehicle being returned. The vehicle was rinsed off but left wet, leaving water spots on the windshield and mirrors. Other than that, great vehicle and the workers were friendly, trying to accommodate everyone.

UNLESS YOU ARE INTO GETTING RIPPED OFF I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM A DISABLED STUDENT, ILIVE ON A VERY FIXED INCOME, however I needed a truck so I rented one from this location I extended the rental over the phone at no time was I told that the location would be closed the next day when I was going to return it. So when I go to the location on time with the proper amount of gas in the vehicle no damage is nothing to the vehicle perfect condition just as I had picked it up it was closed. I called the customer service line and I was instructed to bring it to the nearest location with a dropbox which I did I took pictures and videos of everything that I did I brought it back on time with the proper amount of gas so here we are almost a month later and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back! So I go in to speak to the man and he tells me (the manager there ) that I am liable for the day that they were closed! Had I been told this over the phone when I extended the rental I never would’ve extended the rental!!! I would’ve brought it back immediately, !!!!! not only are they keeping my deposit but they’re trying to charge me $298 on top of that so that’s a total of like $500 they are trying to rip me off for because they were closed. I brought the vehicle back as instructed to the nearest location with a dropbox on time and they don’t want to give me back my deposit !!! I don’t understand it doesn’t make any sense to me this is a multi million dollar company why are they ripping off people like me???? I don’t understand! I don’t understand what’s going on with this world it’s so heartbreaking!

It was my first time renting a car, it was easy. I used the app to do my reservations and the good thing was that, the price from the app didn’t change. It remained the same even when I showed up to pick the car. Whenever I had questions or needed further clarification I’d call and someone was ready to answer. That’s great service. I got a good car as well and in excellent condition. I’ll definitely go back to them and I recommend them, they have excellent service.

Not sure, it may be different depending on the type of car. But you can get the pricing from the website. That way you can view all their rental options.
I think so but you have to let them know ahead of time, call and ask
400 miles. If you are on the north side of LA, it is an easier drive. Otherwise you need to time your travels to avoid traffic.
