Terrible service, every time I get a rental from here, I have to wait. Appointment was at 2pm. Didn't officially leave until 2:24pm. Car smells like cigarettes. When I called to swap out vehicle, I was told they didn't have any cars for today. Call back tomorrow. Seriously, that's it. Not willing to reach out to other Enterprises and check. They wanted me to do it. Let me clock in I guess and I'll do your job for you. Do yourself a favor and go to the elk grove or arden location. Arden location is top notch, they're always willing to help.

The experience in getting a vehicle was painless. Art arrived to transport us to the office, when we arrived Jose and rest of the personal made sure the truck was ready for our trip. When we returned the vehicle there was little waiting time and a return ride back home. Thanks for a smooth transaction. Will book again.

Good customer service. The car selection was really bad. All low budget cars are scratched and stained. The detailer don't do a good job of cleaning these cars. My 1st car was nice but the inside was vomited inside every where and my last car was scratched outside and had chocolate all over the back seat. Cars really need to be cleaned. The guys in the front were super fast and nice.

I recently rented a Hyundai Ionic courtesy of Geico from this location while my 2012 Jetta was in the body shop being repaired and I had a very positive experience. Customer service was excellent! Yes, but they will require additional paperwork like a utilities bill in the name of whoever is on the debit card. If you go to their website, and pull up the specific location you will be renting from, there is a section that will tell you everything needed for the different types of payments they accept.
The cost of rental depends on several factors like how long are you going to rent the car, number of miles, one way rental or not, do you have own insurance, gas at same level, discounts applied, size of car and finally no smoking policy. All of these things determines the final rental cost. Then of course you also have to add in the taxes and other small fees. Also if you're going to rent on the weekend asked for the weekend rate and see if you are eligible for it. Good luck and enjoy your trip..

No they don't take cashier's checks. To reserve a vehicle you must have a Credit card or a debit card. To use a debit card you must have proof of address, full coverage that transfers to a rental vehicle and/ or full time employment.
