My mistake was trusting them. They charged me for damages i never did to their rental, i only had it for 3 days. I paid them the day i dropped of the car and i still keep getting emails from them saying that i owe them money. And on top of that, they overcharged me for gas. As a first timer, this has been the most horrible experience i’ve ever had with anyone. If you can, please avoid them.

Been renting from Enterprise and never had them ask for 2 contact person incase a recall. I questioned the agent and then gave them two contacts and he responded that wasn’t so hard after all was it. Car drive like it was falling apart from 40 to 60 mph steering wheel was shaking when accelerating. Tried to add a driver in SoCal and the Enterprise there said they couldn’t pull up my account, so I had to drive the whole trip which was very tiring.

Easy pick up and drop off. Went through my insurance and had no issues. Got a car within budget and service was excellent. Convenient shuttle service runs within 5 mile radius.

excellent customer service! robert helped me when i was picking up, andrew through multiple phone calls re: my insurance and ever changing drop of dates (repair shop’s fault) and james helped me out the door. everyone was great, very friendly and some were even funny. i felt extremely inviting coming in as a guest. i had my rental over 30 days and couldn’t be more happy with the service i received. the office is very clean and everyone wore masks so it felt really safe. thank you!!
