Unless it's an emergency, they don't fix anything. At least with a reasonable sense of urgency. There was a gutter that was hanging for almost a year. The washing machines are in constant disrepair and when told about them we were told "they are a commodity we are looking to get rid of". When I told her people will move as we have no washer and dryer hookups in our apartments their response was "we are still the lowest rent in the area so good luck. If you want to move, move". That was their response to a 4 year tenant. Btw, this is coming a month after they jacked our rent up, again. The only time i saw them move quickly on something was when they cut down a tree cause a limb crushed a renters windshield. Yes they are cheap, but it's because they don't care. Really sad to hear their response to your complaints is "we're the cheapest rent in town". Basically telling you that you don't pay them enough to care

I've been here TEN YEARS!!! I've never been more scared in my life to live in these apartments. They have little kids that are touching other little ones. It's EXTREMELY ghetto and full of absolutely anyone they can get to just give them money. The managers are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL they allow others to do what they want and will blackmail anyone that does not follow "their rules" they will scream at you to your face, call you every name in the book, threaten your home and safe place. I've never ever ever been more afraid to be in my apartment than now. Anyone that has planned on being a tenant or was a previous tenant be very cautious and do all your research as a tenant before EVER considering residency. It's a terrible TERRIBLE complex to be apart of and I'm extremely disappointed in the staff they have decided to hire to professionally "take care" of the tenants.

We like it here, living next to the golf course is nice, we can sit in our living room and watch them play. The new owners are doing lot of work on the apartments to update them. It is a large complex but nice. They are increasing the size of the patios, I Love ours.
