Worst customer service! Door clearly states closes at 8. So then when someone walks in at 730 and expects dinner, and was advised that I couldn't dine, even though several tables of people were still eating.. SAD horrible service! Or lack of... this wasn't the 1st or 2nd time- this is a place to check off your don't bother list👎👎👎

This place is okay. Bean sprouts were old. Fried Spring Roll over cooked almost burnt. Pho ga soup missing flavor. Large portion for a small. The fresh spring roll is okay. Customer service nice. I love pho ga so not as good as I've had in many other places.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. The customer service there was horrendous on multiple occasions. First experience, I walked in right behind a couple at 7:25pm to place an order of pho. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that the couple ahead of me was the last person that could sit down and eat because they were closing soon.(at 8pm)... Excuse me, what? The couple that legit placed their order 30 seconds before me can eat at the restaurant but I would have to take mine to go.... no thanks. When I finally did get to try the pho it was a huge disappointment. Bean spouts and basil were old, broth tasteless, seriously the worst pho I've ever tasted. My last experience on a different occasion I was trying to order some bubble tea for my daughter, it was 7:40pm.... and shocker, I couldn't because it was to close to closing time so they stopped taking orders. Here's an idea: If your hours are from 11:00 to 8:00 and you have willing and paying customers, service those customers. Don't state your hours are until 8pm when they're not. Seriously people, save your time and money and try one of the other Vietnamese places in town.

i wish i could give a fewer than zero stars review. honestly. coming here resulted in the absolute worst 'vietnamese' food i've ever experienced (it certainly wasn't vietnamese food). *do not* waste your money here if you're looking for authentic vietnamese cuisine. or even cuisine, period. i ordered what was presented on the menu as a vermicelli salad bowl--you know the one that's all perfectly cooked noodles and deliciously seasoned tofu and sauce and a bright mix of fresh sliced vegetables and pickled radish, all with lemongrass and basil lining every bite. delicious. this was *not* that. do not come here if you're looking for anything near that. we ordered to-go and trusted the reviews enough to not feel the need to open everything until we got home--what a mistake. what we got was some weird american salad with some rice noodles thrown in. everything was raw except for some flavorless fried tofu that didn't have a single hint of seasoning whatsoever. nothing cooked, nothing seasoned, not one bit or taste of lemongrass or basil or any kind of vietnamese flavor anywhere in this dish. and not a single piece of onion or garlic or anything to be found...what is this? and that is indeed iceberg lettuce you can see in the photo that served as the base. whoever thought it was a good idea to put iceberg lettuce in a dish served as 'vietnamese cuisine'??? also note the cucumber slices which are more peel scraps than anything. literally what you can see in the photo is what it tasted like. nothing else. because it was food we had paid for, we ended up trying to eat it by dumping the little tub of peanut sauce from the spring rolls (also utterly flavorless and unappetizing) into these sad excuses for vermicelli bowls for at least some flavor, and it was still awful. you guys couldn't have even grilled the raw mushrooms a little??? sprinkled some herbs?????...or even any kind of seasoning?? added something interesting to this raw produce platter with flavorless tofu and noodles added seemingly as an afterthought??? seriously guys just go to the grocery store and grab some raw veggies and it'll be this. i guess the one gold star is for the addition of beansprouts. if they'd have been missing too as well as actual cooked food and flavor, i'd have driven the half hour back to longview to hand this right back. which honestly i still felt like we should have given this cost 30 dollars for two of us to experience this atrocity. please save yourself the money, time, effort, and disappointment and do not come here. *edit: I FORGOT TO MENTION we are vegans and my mother pulled a random piece of sliced deli meat????? of some kind???? pale so maybe pork or chicken???? out of the bottom of her supposed veggie vermicelli bowl--uh....what?? i couldn't take a photo of that because she gave it to my dachshund right away. but...yeah. it happened. when i say don't ever come here, i am being utterly sincere.
