This visit was frustrating. I have a 5:00 appointment that I made online only to arrive to be told there are 13 people ahead of me and their system is down. I waited 3 hours to be seen and even when I was brought back to the room I still waited for a half hour just for the doc to come in. Once the doc came in she was very professional and knowledgeable. However that wait was unacceptable especially when I had a scheduled appointment. Something is wrong with the way they are servicing their patients.

Today is September 17, 2022. I've been calling for general information to visit the La Plata office and I've tried calling several times to hopefully get a different receptionist. The receptionist for the general call center is very rude and seems to really hate his job. I can only imagine what the actual facility would be like

Thank you for inquiring. Because we are only urgent care, we only offer care for acute illnesses and injuries and not primary care. We suggest perhaps contacting Charles Regional Medical Center who can provide a list of internists and gerontologists. Thank you so much.
Yes. I broke my hand a little over a year ago. They took an Xray and gave me a temp brace until I could follow up with my primary doctor.
