Horrible communication, cost our farm over 12,000.00 last year, no show for butchering no return calls. Poor record keeping, not sure we got all our beef.

I have been getting beef cut and wrapped from Matt's Meats for several years. Always professional, clean and airtight wrapped every single time! The best butchers around!

Such a well put together shop complete with high standards of cleanliness and the most helpful staff. I needed some things for my bone broth, called ahead and was assured that they had what I needed in stock. I easily found my knuckles and marrow in their tidy shop and was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I've used Matt ever since he worked for Larry. Things have only gotten better! My meat is always cut as I order it, and Matt always makes the correct suggestion on "extra goodies " (beer brats etc). Now the place is even more awesome now that he opened the retail shop.... great staff, prices and selection!

I've been told you have a mobile butcher service, If that's true, how much does it cost? Looking to have 2 hogs butchered November or December (200-250 lbs Each) Basically, what are my options, I can do it, but I'm not a butcher.

We would need to get you on our schedule. We are booked out a few months in advance. Pricing for slaughter for hogs right now is $95/head. Cut and Wrap is $.75/lb off the hanging weight and curing is $1.55/lb (bacon, hams, etc.) For scheduling purposes, you would need to call our shop at (360) 414-1073 ext 2 to leave a message for Matt. The hams in the store are fresh hams, unless you get the deli ham, which is smoked already.
