I am extremely disappointed in a pharmacy acting as if the customers are just annoyance to them. The staff here is incredibly rude. They make it obvious they are judge your prescriptions. I would dread coming here but did it out of convenience. I will be now switching after today. I have never seen a staff be able to talk down to customers so blatantly. Picking up families prescription they would make rude comments about the medications they were on. Today I tried getting my meds several times being told a different reason each time. I really feel for anyone who has been treated terrible here

Pharmacist was very arrogant. Just said put drops in my eyes. Explained I have had an eye infection for 3 months and need a new pair of glasses. When I asked for a consult he looked at me like I was dumb. Just put drops in your eyes. Here it is 3 days later no relief. Little did I know not that simple. Need to close your eye and massage the drop in. I'm miserable what a waste of time. Will need a refill. He should call the drs. office and wait on hold for an hour.

I have to say, this pharmacy is terrible. The lack of intelligence that runs rampant in here is unparalleled. Quick disclaimer, my family switched pharmacies finally about a month ago. We came in today for one of my family members to get their COVID-19 vaccine and apparently so did about 10 other people at the same time slot. Actually, they were from our time slot and the 2 previous half hour interval appointment times. Surprise surprise. Always just a terrible experience. We are always as polite as humanly possible everywhere we go (the world needs more of that) and the people here are just rude. I can only assume it is a control factor. Most of the time that someone doesn’t have control of their personal life they tend to take it out on the customers they deal with at work because they are finally “in control”. This is it. Save yourself the headache of ever dealing with this place and go to literally ANY other pharmacy in town. There are countless options, utilize them.

Super friendly cashiers at the pharmacy but the actual pharmacist are rude. I think its because they have to deal with tweakers on a daily basis. I was told 15 min but ended up waiting almost an hour I think it's because of shift change. I was friendly the whole time and got lunch while I waited ( im from out of town)recommend the other Safeway super friendly all around people.
