My husband and I drove to Longview from Chehalis area to do some shopping and planned to have lunch before hitting the stores. Checked Google maps to find a place to eat with a possibilities of a low carb menu.. came across "Un-Pho-gettable" (love the name, it's unforgettable)! I noticed the open time is "10:20" I thought that was a odd time, but memorable too! Once we got to the restaurant I remembered I had been there last year during pandemic mandates, but it looked nicer than I had remembered it. After sitting down and ordering the owner came by and talked to me.. I told him I noticed its under new management so he must be the new owner and wondered what was "his" stamp on the restaurant? He said he'd repainted the whole place, took down a devider in the setting area that chopped it up and added some Vietnamese decorations. He's also been advertising a lot and I can tell he's determined to make the place a go. It's exciting to go into a business that the owners are enthusiastic about their business, since covid mandates have discouraged so many businesses. Bottom line the food was excellent, service was superb, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I wish the owner much success and will definitely visit next time in town. I would recommend this restaurant to my best friend..

Inexperienced staff, thought the food was great until I saw some type of bug in my soup. Disgusted after seeing this, I let the waitresses know and asked for manager. Manger was not on site. They offered to take small percentage off our bill or make us new soup 😵. My replied to the managers comment. I took the bug out of my pho soup and put it on my plate next to my eggrolls, So I could look at what it was. My daughter took the picture to make it bigger.

My dad brought home dinner tonight and oh my goodness! I loved everything he ordered. We will definitely we back to try the pho ❤️ 💯 Banh Xeo was delicious rolled in lettuce dipped in the fish sauce 😌🔥

Ended up at the grand reopening on accident and boy it did not disappoint! The pho was absolutely delicious and the portion was huge and I couldn’t even come close to finishing. They also had my favorite style of Coconut Lime drink which if you know you know… and if you don’t know here’s a the deal… it’s 10/10 the perfect hang over cure! Highly recommend. They brought us egg rolls on the house in celebration of the G/O and they also were amazing. The new owner was very personable and a delight to talk to! Honestly can’t wait to be back!
