Excellent service, well beyond expected! Jennifer was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She communicated well, often and proactively. They offered assistance returning my truck while I was out of town so it would be waiting for me upon return. This required them to work outside their normal hours and saved me both time and inconvenience. When I could not find a way to attach my existing awning to the new roof bars they gave me new bars, for free, that did facilitate my awning, allowing me to keep the awning, and installed the new bars, also for free. Any questions I had were promptly answered, even though some inquiries were unique to my vehicle and required Jennifer’s time to research, which see did with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor. I was never made to feel that my questions were dumb or that I was asking too many. I often felt like I was their only customer (which I wasn’t) given their dedication and determination to ensure my needs were met. I considered working through similar businesses in Portland, which is closer to me, but can’t imagine receiving even half the level of service. The decision to work with LineX in Longview was definitely a good one. The products (truck bed canopy, bed liner and roof rack bars) are great and well-installed. Highly recommended.

I just had my 2021 RAM linex-ed and am already very pleased. The service is very good. Jennifer communicated well with me during the scheduling process and was very polite and approachable all throughout my experience there. Dustin was also quite helpful and easy to talk to. When I was discussing a fitment issue with my tonneau cover that I was having prior to this service done, Dustin took the time to explain how I could fix the problem and gave me some shims to take home free of charge. He gave me other advice regarding the cover and gave me a good feeling that quality service still exists in today's busy and chaotic world. My truck was completed very quickly too. It was done in about 2 hours! The linex product and install is great. The edges are very straight and clean. I'm sure I'll be enjoying the durability in coming years. I'll post some photos soon. This was the second time this shop helped me, and I have been more impressed each time! They installed an excellent bed liner 8 years ago, and it's holding up as if it were brand new! Recently went in for a Bull bar, and Jenn was FANTASTIC! She was so patient, and thoroughly explained all available options. She really went above and beyond our expectations!!! Jenn is a perfect example of what real customer service is! Thank you Jenn!!! We will be patrons for life!!!
