Went to the drive-thru when I got to the window to pay handed them my credit card the girl kept putting my card in the machine taking it out trying to slide it noticed it was in the wrong direction asked her if they had problems with my car she said no they've been having problems with their machine she tried to run my card about 5 to 10 more times trying to slide it still in the wrong direction then keep then starts telling me that my card is declined which I told her I know that's a lie after they handed my drinks so I left with free drinks maybe they should fix their card reader 💯🤔

Always good for a late night burger and fries. It's about an 85% chance that your order will be exactly what you ask for too. Oh but if you ask for extra pickle expect them to all be in one pile on your burger. I still go to this Carl's all the time though.

Wow. I am impressed at the improvements they have made. From great customer service to fast service with a smile . I placed my order inside at dinner rush . I had my order and was out the door in under 5 minutes and the food is very good. I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich and my husband had the super star. Both tasted great. We will definitely come back again.
