I have done business with Mark Kuning for my car insurance. It has been a good experience. I'm now considering buying home insurance from him. I'm also looking at Medicare Advantage Plans in hopes of finding a good one to supplement my medicare insurance. I highly recommend Farmers Insurance Mark Kuning for all your insurance needs. Mark and his staff are good people.

I am 39, I have been with Farmers since I was 16. I always paid on time, never late and thought I was treated pretty good. Here's the thing: you don't really "need" them until you need them right? Mark has been a family friend for years. When I would go in to do my renewals every six months or so, mark would take me into his office and show me his computer screen and say ok, it looks like you have some benefits coming up on your renewal, like accident forgiveness and when I bought my new car I was suppose to have all these extra perks. I never asked mark for a copy of my policy, because before I left his office he would always show me his screen and say, ok this is what we have added this is your new bill, so on and so on. So I recently got into a car accident, called mark right away and suddenly my accident forgiveness was not on my policy, my added perks for my new car was not there and they did not want to pay me for my car, which was one of the added perks for purchasing a brand new car. I confounded him and all he could say is sorry you do not have these things on your policy. I was fumed at this point. I have been with mark my whole life and this is how I was treated. Like I said, you do not "need" your agency until you need them. I left and now happy with someone else. This makes me very sad and disappointed!!!😞
