BUYER BEWARE! I'm stuck in a 30 month, yes 30 month contract. I was told this was a NO CONTRACT deal. They kept telling me my bill would be "just over $60 a month" when I said all I can afford is $60. Now I have no job, & I'm stuck with a $80+ monthly bill. The collage loan lady bot calls me at least 4xs a day. I don't have a student loan. I have zero service when I go to Cali. The service moves slow even in 5g. I hate this whole situation, I was lied to to get me to sign up for this & I want out. S.O.S

The guys there were really helpful and friendly. We didn't go to the main store for a long time because we were treated so poorly before. But the other store was closed for today and we needed to get some things done as we only had 1 day to do it. We will be using the main store again as they were both really friendly and helpful.

The lady with the short dark hair treats her customers as if they are worthless, I waited in line to be the first person in the store and when we got in she told me to wait while she helped the other customers as if their time was more important than mine....this is after the company charged my card took my money for a phone I ordered online and didn't verify my information first..then they cancel my order after realizing their mistake and still never contact me or give me my money back.....now I'm having to wait weeks to get my order because they refuse to make the situation right..... You've been reported to the better business bureau, I've contacted your corporate office, I'll be contacting my attorney....
