I called before I came in asking if I could speak to a manager. I was assured that I would be able to speak to a manager and there was one on shift. I drove 20 miles from my home to this store went inside very quickly was met by a sales representative expressed that I had spoken to someone on the phone. Told them that I was to speak to a manager ASAP. Proceeded to ignore my request and attempt to resolve the issue themselves despite my continued reluctance and insistence to speak to a manager. I would lose my job if I refused to listen to a customer or flat out ignored their request. And this is representative or customer service across-the-board with AT&T not just in-store but also online and on phone

Went in to add two more phones and a iPad on our line, they suggested we put all lines on a business account to save money, which we did that day ( we thought we did). Our bill was posted for the 30th and all of a sudden we got a letter in the mail saying we were 280 dollars past due, so my wife called six different AT&T employees and they could find nothing except our 220 bill on the 30th. So we went in and an employee could find nothing so told us to call fraud department. My wife called them luckily and they were the only ones that told us what was going on, they said AT&T didn’t merge our regular account with business account so we were being charged for two different accounts. We were never informed that our accounts were not merged in fact they told us everything was on the business account in person and on phone, the only way we found out was by a letter stating we were past due. Yesterday went into store again, explained everything and they found everything that had happened but they informed us they will not fix anything unless we pay the 280 balance that we had NO IDEA existed. It was a 100 percent fault on AT&Ts end and they refused to fix it, or even apologize. We had no alerts or any knowledge of this screw up of theirs and were told countless times we only had our one bill, this was completely unacceptable on their end and their end alone. There is no excuse you guys can use to justify it, and don’t try. Other than this I had nothing but good experiences but this was messed up enough that we immediately switched carriers. Good way to screw the working guy AT&T.

Hi I went to the Longview location and my experience was terrible. I know that I went less than a hour before closing and the manager did not like that. Did not greet or anything until his associate came to help. He had no business jumping in but he did and told me my only option was to pay the full amount. I had called earlier that day and said he couldn’t access my account unless I went to the store and I did just that and he couldn’t access my account still. I knew something else could’ve been done and the next day I went to the battleground location and they were able to help me, paying the full amount was the only option like the manager in Longview said. I really hope he can fix his Attitude because he is rude to his constumers and workers.

I rarely leave this store dissatisfied with my experience. Everyone is super helpful, and knowledgeable about products and services. We prefer working with Rick when we go in the store. He is friendly and extremely good at his job. Rick was able to fix our issues and then convinced us to add more services which saved us money in the long run.
