All I’m gonna say is. Life gives you situations. Staying here provided me peace of mind. If that’s what you needed at a point in time in your life. Then come here and chill out while you figure it all out!!

I stayed here because I couldn't afford ANYTHING else. I had to have a roof over my head. But while I was there, I didn't sleep underneath the covers, only the top and I didn't take a bath. It was that disgusting. There was no TV or anything but four walls. After I checked out, I returned to Arkansas because I refused to stay there any longer. And when I went home, I got a call from Section 8 telling me that I was approved so I had to come back to LA and I found an apartment that I have been staying at ever since, thank God! But if you want to get out of the elements, I suggest you check this place out. It will be the cheapest that you will get in LA, especially in 2022/2023 with everything skyrocketing! And I am SO OUTDONE that they would misrepresent themselves on their website laolympichotel.com. By visiting the website, if you didn't know any better, you would probably be prone to book a stay only to get there and want to find someone to shoot you in the head, which wouldn't be hard if you travel down to MacArthur Park!

Using tiny sink but overall it is a good place to stay if you don't have a place

Clean room with private bath and ceiling fan to keep u cool. No bed bugs. No problems. Classic Old Los Angeles. Managers are really nice and helpful and run it well Love Mcarthur Park area. Walking distance to downtown and Hollywood. Great neighborhood. Friendly people.

It depends on how many people are going to be occupying the Room and it depends on how long you plan to reserve the Room. They do WEEKLY ONLY. You can call them and they will tell you how much. I hope I was of help to you. Good Luck and Take Care.

Man i've been bitten by so many bed bugs at this hotel its ridiculous and why the hell is no1 fixing thia problem?

They have had that problem for many years. They spray but they have to shut down the entire building to take care of that problem to really get a result. I lived there for 11 months. I went through the same thing but I moved around from room to room and luckily out of all of the rooms I was in only 1 of them had bedbugs. I recommend room 243 and 244 if I remember right. I've had good experience with the rooms in the front of the building at the end where the windows is facing the street so keep that in mind. Good Luck and God Bless You🙏

I need to find out who runs the Olympic hotel I'm having major problems from the lady at the front desk

They also own the building next door...to the north. But their main office is at the Olympic. Rex is the owners right hand man. His office is right next to the lobby. He probably won't help you. Good luck.
