This place charge you 200 bucks a night, 20 dollars for parking PLUS 11.85 for service fee charge. You can only check in after 3pm, but make you check out at exactly 11am. No breakfast or any complimentary for stays. We have requested a towel since the towel they have in the room that hasn't been used yet smells really bad. So we wanted a new one and they told us that nobody can take it to us and we have to go down the lobby and get it (so what is the service fee for?). At exactly 10am housekeepers started knocking on the doors kick you out to make sure you check out at 11am And they keep coming back until you leave. So if they have all this time to waste, and can't even replaced a towel that stinks then what am i paying this hotel for? Total rip off. Never again! Stay away from this hotel.

This hotel should be called a hostel not a hotel. They make you pay a daily service charge when there are no services provided. We booked the room for 5 days and they told us they don't clean rooms. Trash bags are given upon request and you have to keep them outside your door for a whole day for them to pick them up. The management is also absolutely terrible. Every time we would ask for additional towels (since no one would pick up the dirty ones) they would ask why we were asking for so many. Safety of the neighbourhood and hotel is also not great. The elevator is located outside so it's pretty easy for anyone to get in. Overall, a really bad stay especially for the price, management and reception has awful service. The only good thing about this place is the location since it was close to the concert hall we wanted to go to.

Customer service is horrible, front desk person was not friendly and always felt unwelcome to ask anything. Rooms smell like pee and have poor air circulation - always felt damp. Key cards always had to be reset when we would return. Parking fees were ridiculously high. Shower room is very small and shower glass wall is too short - the entire room would get wet after only a few minutes. Overall a passable experience, but I would not recommend for anything other than central location being decent.

The staff was very rude and was no help at all. The front desk staff had to call to make sure our room was clean which was in fact not and this was way after check in time. Same issues were happening to other families which were trying to check in. They did not have a luggage carrier and did not explain we needed to use the key to access the elevator. The front desk staff was very impatient and could hardly understand what he was saying. One of the beds in our room has a huge hole in the middle. Overall experience was horrible.

I had an awesome stay here with the exception of a vagabond getting to my floor level. It was unsettling and I didn't feel safe. I thought I was going to have to use my car key to stab him in the eye or something. That's not the frame of mind I planned on while heading out to an event at the Hollywood Bowl, which I could walk to from this location. They need security in my opinion. But still a great stay
No. But you have to be a guest to park so there should be a spot if you leave and come back.
