I get it your office is closed for a holiday but you don't have to give your citizens attitude when they come to your door with concerns. Some people already have things they are dealing with to deal with an unprofessional and rude front desk officer. I spelled it out for you and I hope next time you think about your words and how they impact the image you are trying to uphold.

The individual people that I encountered are very pleasant people… the trouble is the department is a bureaucracy intended to absorb will to survive they couldn’t squeeze out of people who pay taxes. On 09-01-22 an accident occurred. The report still isn’t ready. I’ve consulted with many experts on counting and have come to the conclusion that it is indeed past the 7-10 business day mark, and indeed the 15 day mark the officer at another location made up to try and explain away why the report wasn’t done. In fact not one person can actually give the same answer on how long it will take, why it’s not currently ready, count past 5 or really tie their own shoes from what I can tell. I didn’t realize the defund the police movement meant cutting back on the administration’s elementary school but here we are

Business near me keeps playing music too loud, non emergency number tells me to just call 911, I called today for the 3rd time in a few weeks and no cops show up, music still blasting. I get a phone call at 1:30am waking me up in the middle of the night and its some sargeant asking if they're still playing music, and if I still want a patrol car to come by. I told him they stopped playing it around 12:30am about 9 hours after I called and he was arguing with me and cutting me off on the phone when I complained, just saying they're "busy with urgent calls" as if its my fault there's nobody else to call and their station keeps telling me to just call 911, but I said sure - swing by and leave a note or something but I don't think anyone is there anymore tonight cause it's a. An hour later at 2:30 am I get woken up AGAIN letting me know that nobody was there, and to call if it happens again. What a joke. The cops don't care that my windows are shaking from bass and my disabled partner (who can't leave the house regularly to escape) and we have to wear noise cancelling headphones all day in our own home just to try and deal with it. Dallas cops seem to be too busy racking up speeding tickets and thinking they're better than you to actually help people.
