My dad needed an oxygen concentrator and tank for his appointments but once I figured out ALL the requirements we needed to rent the equipment we realized he wouldn't have it until August and we needed it asap to schedule appointments. Insurance is a nightmare but GatesCo made the renting process so quick and easy! Within a few hours we had what he needed and ease of mind. They'll work with you and the staff is so caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I am so grateful that they're in our neighborhood!! Purchased a medical bed and needed it the next day because the hospital told us at the last minute that my mother was being discharged and that insurance would not cover the bed she needed. I had no idea how reasonable an electric bed could be or how easy it can be to buy one. I called in and spoke with a rep and had the bed set up in our house the next day. Had a small problem with one of the rails and they came right back out the next day(Saturday) and took care of it. Mom is now resting comfortably in the new bed. Thank you so much for your help with this and for caring so much about our situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
