I went here twice because the first time I had a good experience with April. The only thing that was weird was that she didn’t finish my nails and the lady that helps check people in and who takes phone calls finished them. The second time I went a guy did my nails, my acrylics are very rough and thick. He hurt my fingers a couple times just trying to get the job done fast. I didn’t really say anything because I didn’t want to hurt his feelings but I really wish I spoke up. I tried to communicate with him and the lady at the front that I wanted my my nails to be cleaned up especially my cuticles. I was reassured it would get done and they didn’t, he just put acrylics right over my cuticles. This guy just didn’t listen to me and was so focused he didn’t talk to me at all. Im gonna have to go get my nails done again somewhere else because of how unhappy I am with them.

This place has it all. Amazing service, beautiful ambiance and the prices are very reasonable for services provided. It’s been a couple years since I’ve treated myself to a pedicure and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend Downtown Nails.

Omgggggg. My first time ever getting my nails done and THIS was the place to do it. They were fast and friendly and so nice. The whole place was beautiful and clean. They were professional and gave me exactly what I wanted for a list price than I imagined. I will be returning. What an amazing visit and first experience. I love my nails! They immediately made me feel sassy and beautiful. 10/10

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. First time trying this salon, everyone was very nice and they were right on top of what was going on. They had quite a few nail techs so waiting ti.e was very minimal. I will definitely go back here again.
