Cascade Eye Care is THE BEST in the area. Dr. Bill is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed me with a rare eye condition that other eye doctors had missed! I would not recommend any other place!

Cons: Expect to be charged for using debit or credit. At my first visit the fee was $10.00. Then they changed the fee to a sliding scale. No one told me this before my visit. Having worked in a bank I know they are passing the cost of having a card reader onto their clients at an extortionate rate. I was without my glass for almost 2 months due to the mistakes they made. First my lenses were ordered wrong, then they put the wrong coatings on them. When I finally picked up my glasses they were filthy and I have reflection of my eyes in the lens meaning they didn't do the AR coating which was the only one I wanted. I have no intentions of taking them back a 4th time to see if they can get it right. I was talked down to when I called for an estimated time frame that my lenses would be ready the second time I dropped them off. The ophthalmologist asked my BMI during my exam which I found odd and uncomfortable. The waiting room has multiple signs stating you're on camera, to wear your mask and to turn off your cellphone. The overall environment is very authoritarian and the quality of service was very disappointing. Pros: Two of the staff members were very friendly and professional.

I think this is the best eye doctor I have ever visited. They have all of the state of the art new devices and testing. They are very thorough. I am a patient there as well as my son. I feel very confident taking my whole family here. I have recommended this place to other family members. Very welcoming staff

All of the staff immediately makes you feel very welcome. They treat you like a person and explain exactly what the procedures are and how it works. The Dr is extremely nice and answers all questions with details and makes sure everything is understood. Also uses very modern technology which makes visits productive and quick with results. I highly recommend Cascade Eye Care.

Yes. Anytime. We call the patient after we check the glasses to make sure the lenses have been made correctly, but always feel free to call.
Cascade Eye Care does accept state insurance. They do offer small group of glasses that are covered by the states but there is a minimum payment to pay. Good place of professional caring women in th front office!
No
You would need to call them. I'm just a client.
Yes.
I would assume that depends on your insurance.
We have been able to pay when they come in. You can call and ask just to be certain though in case their policy has changed.
