Visited Safeway, Longview, WA on 15th Ave today, 7/26/2022. Absolutely gross, filthy entrance/exit and outside parking lot. Trash trails from outside all the way into the store. Parking lot has stains and trash in most every parking spot as well as the driveways. My visit was to the hot deli and there was spilled over food from most trays. I would visit other grocery stores before coming back to this Safeway.

The quality is good but the prices are high. This Safeway is starting to smell like an old store. But staff is always friendly except the pharmacy personnel are rude and horrible customer service.

Grocery pick up used to be great. But the last few times have been pretty bad. I'm fine with substitutes, if it's a part of the same sale. But if you are going to substitute something and charge me more than I originally planned, That's not cool. I've really frustrating to look at my receipt and find this out. Its really not that hard of a thing to do. If your little scanners don't tell you that your customers are using coupons or a sale, you might want to look into upgrading them into something that will.

I used to go to this store all the time. It's the closest to.my home. Sadly I won't be coming here any longer. I don't understand the dynamics. The managers always seem nice.. I saw one of them off duty even making sure to say Hi to everyone. Another one helped me with the digital coupon one day and they were great. So usually when multiple employees are so mean and rude I blame management for it. So it's very peculiar. I have been blown away at the way employees are allowed to talk yo people. I'm usually very quiet so I don't interact with them very much but on multiple occasions I have witnessed the way they talk to people And recently I Have been that customer .There's too much meanness going on in the world and we have to learn how to talk nice to each other and be kind or else that's never gonna change.
