We have been able to pay when they come in. You can call and ask just to be certain though in case their policy has changed.
When they order the ones that our cheaper and that the state pays for Cascade has to send a cash payment with their order. That keeps the cost down since there is no accounts payable and receivable for any of the companies involved. They have a great selection.
No matter what you have they will work with you
