The property managers are extremely rude and do not apply all rules and community standards to everyone. Definitely single out residence to enforce rules on while others do not have to do the same.

Very nice place, residents are so very courteous and neighborly, and the people who manage it are also very respectful, and accommodating. Prices are reasonable, and a decent enough location. All in all would surely recommend this place

I work for Turn Key Homes, Mickei I have a dble for sale that needs a home that is in storage in Bonnie Lake. But looking at Del Ray, are you for spaces too? Like Darrin said they have 1 or 2 I believe

They will charge for water sewer, storm water yes!,parking your car$25 for sticker,plus extra for 2nd $25 month on your lot you already pay for.leave your trash can out $50;visitor pass $25 each visitor temp pass or b towed owner was turned in for elder abuse so beware Christian Torres Camas Wa.
