Like the facility and staff but the way they operate their network is antiquated - referrals to get outpatient treatments, just to justify charging for an appointments. Messaging through the portal is useless, it always takes several back and forth messages to get what is needed - sometimes we’ve just given up on the request. Have been with them 1 year, won’t be going back to Kaiser, if you’re looking for flexibility this is not your provider!

It was the longest wait ever and I was in pain .. I don’t understand why put you in a room without giving an idea of how long .. you could rest if you had an idea it how long it would take ..I must have been in that room way more than an hour without any explanation

I had a 10 PM appointment for a CT Scan, according to the doctor, of both brain and neck. Yar Deng was at the reception area and provided good customer service. Next technician Ian Suls collected me ahead of schedule. He explained that based on process, two instead of two orders were needed and I would have to comeback for the head one. I explained that I had questioned it the one order description with the doctor but that they had responded that it will get both areas done. Ian then proceeded to talk to his manager and got approval to do the complete CT with a single order. I really appreciated his efforts and to save me from having to do another trip. Ian indicated doctor will get results soon n 2 business days which was our goal to have doctor review results beforehand re Oct 14th appointment. Ian is a great addition to your A team thus recognize his great job!.
