What an absolute pleasure to buy a horn from L&L Music! Ordered a Cannonball saxophone sight unseen based on a couple of very nice phone calls with Didi and Steve. Steve spent considerable time on the phone with me giving very helpful information. They had sent me pictures before. I received the saxophone the next day packed incredibly well and in great shape. They offered a very fair trial period and were simply great to deal with. I am a five hour drive from them, but would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Simply outstanding customer service from very nice people.

Sorry, we only repair brass and woodwind instruments, no strings, percussion, or keyboards.
We require a mask to come into the store. To protect our staff and customers, all incoming repairs will sit for 3-5 days prior to a technician picking up the repair. We are allowing in-store instrument and mouthpiece trials, after which we hold them for 3-5 days before cleaning and putting them back out for sale. We have plexiglas dividers installed at our counters. Our staff wash their hands regularly and we have hand sanitizer available for all.
Unfortunately, we are unable to repair harmonicas, however, if you reach out to Hohner (www.hohner.de), the infamous harmonica brand, they can guide you in the right direction. :-)
Yes, we do keep some plastic double reeds in stock.
