I went to pick up a soup and pork and cheese pupusas. I serve my family and when I finally sit down to eat my food they gave me beans. I am allergic and cannot have beans I immediately all back and I explain what has occurred the lady said oh ok was it the cooks error or the lady who took your order. I explain I wouldn’t know I placed my order and repeated it twice. The employee named Rina said oh well you can come tomorrow we are now closed. I was shocked and had to ask her how is this correct you guys messed up my order and now you tell me to come back tomorrow. Horrible customer service I will never go back they clearly don’t care about their customers and refuse to correct things when they made the error I asked to speak to the initial person who took my order and Rina said she was in the bathroom. When I asked Rina for her name I was told oh but Erica is the one who took your order. Please go somewhere else they clearly don’t care about their customers or fixing their mistakes even though I mentioned I am allergic to what they provided.
