Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in my life. The director here Gaylelynn Potter is extremely unprofessional uncaring and unsympathetic. I feel she should not be dealing with the public never mind elderly and disabled. I’ve been going through a horrible time with a spider infestation in my apartment because I’m on the first floor. And my windows at your feet from the ground. If I’m still finding horrible awful spiders in my bed after two human nations there must be a problem here that is not being addressed and I’m the one suffering. So awful and unfair
