This is the first time I have visited this apartment complex in Longview. I stopped by to visit a friend that resides in a one bedroom upstairs apartment. Tiny 1 bed room apartment with a tiny kitchen, small living room, bedroom and bathroom. Seems quiet and very clean. Everyone seems to have an assigned parking but parking seems a hassle for anyone that visits or has an extra car. The side of the streets are always consumed with parked cars.

Hello Millard, The requirement to live at Parkland Terrace is 62 years old and/or disabled. If you fit this criteria you can fill out a pre-application along with the required documents and be put on the waitlist. Currently, the wait time is about 2 years. Thank you.
