I lived at the complex for 10 years and it was a beautiful, quiet,clean and neat place to live at with a well-maintained swimming pool until the new buyer and slumlord Jason Ram decided to destroy and shut down the swimming pool the summer of 2017. This complex has gone down in moral maintenance management and living conditions. If you make this tentative by owner of the property upset in any shape way or form when it comes to do for you to renew your rental contract if you have one he will have you evicted. He did a way with the complex manager money trees down because he's afraid tenants are going to sue him because of his guilty conscience. This man was very unsupportive, unprofessional, mean and would not renew my contract & kept giving me notices to pay or vacate. He seems to enjoy evicting hard-working and honest people. Garbage is always piled up high and the laundry rooms are filthy and disgusting! No one to manage the property 24/7 unless you go to a tenant and knock on their door because they get rent discounted to do his Dirty Work. Do not rent an apartment from this 70 unit complex you will regret it. Feel free to drive by and look for yourself!
