Interesting structure to visit while in downtown Los Angeles. It is worth the visit even if you only walk around outside. There is a small outdoor stage, gardens and sitting areas.

Absolutely incredible! The architecture is just breathtaking. Every corner that you turn is a new surprise. The concert hall itself is so incredibly laid out that acoustically it's one of the best concert Halls I've ever visited in the entire world. And it's just gorgeous. Visit for the architecture alone, but absolutely enjoy the music. Especially there new works programs. Can't wait to go again.

Not a bad seat at this venue! It's 360 so you can also get a behind the stage view which is pretty cool. I caught the Ry X concert a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The acoustics are done very well and the sound quality is supreme! Excited to visit the venue again. It's right in DTLA so you can take the metro to here or park in one of the parking garages nearby.

Love their concert hall!! Incredible sound - fell in love with this place from the Two Steps from Hell concert years ago🥰. We always came here for evening concerts and there’s barely time to go outside. Completely floored from the recent visit — we were wowed by this magnificent architectural work of wonder!!! No words can describe its beauty!! How they applied the materials and transformed light reflections… Simply stunning👍👍👍👏👏👏

The lobby and the gardens were designed to be a public spaces. There are tours available each day (guided, self- guided). Entry inside the concert hall itself may depend on availability.
How much are the tickets? Is this for 2022?
Yes they have self-guided tours & docent led tours. Check their website for tour info under "visit"
Hello yes you can do it and do not forget to visit the Broad museum Is next to it and it Is free.
Check the events calendar
I am currently staying at the hotel Kwanda for less than $200 a night and the Disney venue is two blocks away.
I could not enter, it was only accessible I think when there were concerts. To enjoy!
Yes. Architecturally it is a unique building regarding the exterior. There are many different angles and nooks to actually experience it from since you can go up to the next level. It even looks different depending on the time of day. Its a landmark building for LA.
The concert hall Cafe inside Disney Hall opens to serve meals 2 hours before performances. Ray Garcia has a new restaurant on the ground floor called asterid. It's in the space where patina used to be. Asterid it's open for dinner every night except Monday. The entrance to asterid is directly from Grand Avenue, and therefore it's open whether or not Disney Hall is open.
Self-audio guide tour only right now for Walt Disney concert hall
The closest hotel to Disney is the Omni. Or try the Intercontinental or the Ritz Carlton
Yes., it is open now.
If the pandemic ok, we will visit LA in June 2021, hope we can do that.
Yes you can get them online, and some performances have preshows as well ( no additional tickets for those when we have attended ).
Park under the adjacent Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Enter from South Grand Avenue. Take elevator to plaza level and walk a half block (across 1st Street) to Disney Hall. It's a $9 flat rate. Good deal on parking and convenient.
Vespaio, on Grand just the other side of the Broad Museum.
There's a couple of nice ones, depends on what you are looking for, a must visit is Preux and Proper.
Walt Disney Concert Hall Los Angeles, CA
Seating chart can be found at their website laphil.com
Not sure but there are no guided tours on Thursdays that is when I went.
This was is the Walt Disney concert hall it is not the park
You should be okay, the ceiling is decently high up, but I would still check the height before you pull in. You can always park at a structure nearby if needed.
Many I would think
Check their website for event and ticket information
they do tours of the building
It depends on the row, section, performance and other factors. The best way is to go online and try buying the tickets. Check different sections and row, it will give you the price.
Self-guided audio tours and guided tours of Walt Disney Concert Hall are offered by the Music Center most days. All tours are an hour long and begin in the Grand Avenue Lobby of Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Typically the Blue Ribbon Garden is open until 10p but may have restricted access during performances.
Not for public area. They have free self guided tour. Only the hall is not accessible during concert or practice
I don't see any listed on their website for August. However, someone posted that there is a walking tour you can take. I would suggest Hollywood bowl concert. I think the L.A. Phil is playing there the night you asked about. Just be sure to take a park and ride shuttle there...parking is atrocious.
I think taking pictures before or after a performance is ok, but during it is not. This protects the artistic integrity of the performance and respects copyright.
The theater has detailed seatng charts in its website. Check them out.
I think at 5:30.
The building opens up pretty early in the morning for tourist to visit. However, the actual concert hall is not open unless there is a concert.
Ticket "fees" are to pay for the conveniece for you not having to drive to the place where you want the tickets for twice... if you are willing and able to get or drive to the place, there are no extra charges.
It depends on seats and what concert you would like to see.
