⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ company originally was charged $350.00 pre month which was reasonable because most truck parking in the area is charging $300.00 but difficult to find an opening or available spot. After two months the rent for us went up to $500.00 a month so we decided to look for a different place luky for us we found a spot a couple of blocks away for $300.00 a month. One other thing, the spot we were told to park in was already being rented by an Indian man who was not very happy when he finally ran into us he was awfully passed and you can imagine how that went. I let the man know we are only human and we all make mistakes and after what seemed to be an eternity of him wanting us to pay him $500.00 per month for the two months of taking his spot we both agreed I would move my truck to the correct spot I give this place a one star because I have to in order to write a review otherwise it would be a negative 5 stars for assigning us the wrong spot and for price gouging and price 🪝 to get there customers in the gate and wasting their time. WARNING ⚠️!!! Also when we let the owner know we are ending our contract they gave my spot to someone else before the month was over which is not the way business should be done

This place is something else I towed my truck there I been told I can come in and do the contract once I completed the contract they told me $450 for a month I said okay they said cash only I went to the ATM and got the $450 then the guy said I can’t give you a recipe eventually he gave me a written recipe I told him put your name on it so I know who I paid to he said no and called some lady he said talk to my boss and she was screaming telling me tow my truck out that am being a problem for asking a recipe I begged her asking her I can’t tow my truck out please, she insisted that I should tow my truck eventually some other guy said it’s okay come Monday since it was Friday afternoon my company called them Monday they wouldn’t talk to them at all only telling them we don’t have your truck and the driver can not come to our yard, the only way I got the truck back was calling the same tow truck the brought the truck to get it out and take it to another yard which cost me another $800 I still can not understand why they did that and I never had any argument with anyone except asking for recipe, the recipe is right there he refused to put his name on there

I had called the owner on Friday asking for truck parking, he had said it was available yet I was not able to get my truck out until Saturday from the other yard it was at he told me it was now not going to be available to park until Monday with an attitude because he is off during the weekends , I said ok and I tried calling Monday morning his phone I thought was off so I periodically called throughout the day. I called again today Tuesday and it seemed like his phone was still off. I then tried calling through another phone and it rang with no issues he blocked my phone number for no reason. This guy has issues to block a phone number when I was going to do businesses with him . This is a sign not to do business with this guy he is immature and does not know how to treat customers properly. I own a business myself I understand things are not always going to go as planned, and I am understanding of that, I do not take it personal and block customers phone numbers.
