I found a Blue Heron in destress. They never answer their phone . They don't care! I live at Lake Hemet they are always up here for the bald eagles. Good publicity! I need there help with this baby and no one answers or calls back!!

I'd appreciate them relocating what animals they determine to be invasive & so called threat. You shouldn't be in the extermination business. Actually no one should be unless we're talking about the invasive & threatening humans.

I emailed them regarding their stocking, and they do not respond properly. They stock up los angeles county for twice a year.

They are too demanding and heavily understaffed. They should be properly staffed or not be so involved in matters that are clearly not their purview. The front counter lady NEVER picks up your phone call.

https://www.wildlife.ca.gov/hunting/small-game I am not sure about hunting but you should find an answer on the above website.
No fishing license. If it's surrounded on three sides by water but connected to land it qualifies as a pier or jetty. No need for a license on those. You can also search for past questions answered by CDFW staff here: https://californiaoutdoors.wordpress.com/
Yes you can for a fee. Just follow the instructions on the F&W site.
Yes, there are free fishing days twice a year. Once in July and once in September usually the Saturday around 4th of July and Labor Day. If you fish from a pier you do not need a license but you may still need a report card depending on what you catch. Happy fishing.
I will do my best to answer this but usually finding a number on the website is the best way to contact someone for these types of questions. It is very very rare anyone checks Google maps to answer questions.
Take him to a rehab. They'll be able to take care of him.
