Yes they are, but they have to be familiar with RIDING around bikes and trails.. Most dogs are right behind their partner.. Whatever that pace might be.. I've seen plenty of dogs hope it answers your?
There is no permission, but the trails are a varying difficulties, with some being rather wild.
Stillwell is good after a light rain. Doesn't drain well when it's heavy. You can go to Cathedral Pines Overton or Glacier Ridge. They drain well.
