Today I went to visit my grandmother and my Mom asked the Aides when did my grandma take a bath because every time we go there her hair smells dirty. The Aide screamed at my mother and said she has no right asking that question. This place is run by savages who are disrespectfully and deserve to be fired. They keep all patients in wheelchair so they don’t have to deal with the patients. My grandma is losing mobility in her legs because they keep her in a wheelchair for hours. This facility is poorly ran and needs an overhaul. Beware and think twice before you send your love one to this nasty nursing home.

My sister is here and she needs some type of therapy! She has been here for almost a year! She used to be able to feel you touch here right hand now she feels nothing! I believe that because of the lack of physical therapy

My niece spent the better part of 6 months at this facility, in-between hospitalizations. She enjoyed the food and was very fond of one particular day aide. CONCERNS: No one answers phones at the Nursing station, and Ambulance transportations to MD visits are poorly arranged, to the point of abandonment. While hospitalized the decision to send MS Killikelly to hospice happened on Tuesday, we went to the nursing home on Thurs to pick up personal items, to find the room had been stripped with her phone charger and Rx eye glasses, missing. I find this incorrigible and unacceptable.
