Went in on 12/23/21 to purchase a box of the Binax COVID tests. Was told it would be nearly $50 for the box. Literally bought the same product from Walgreens a week ago fo $23. This is literally price gouging. Posting so others can be aware of the practice here.

Terrible experience..!!! One star is too much in comparison to the nasty , and rude experience I had in this store. After my husband had a painful and difficult surgery , I went to this pharmacy looking for a suspensory; my husband had spoken to the salesperson and explained to him what he needed; for obvious reasons, he could not go since he was in recovery, so I went; the person very Clearly told me that if the item he gave me did not work, I could return it. It was not what we needed; so we returned to the store the next day, and the store manager CHRISTINE, informed us that those items were not returnable. We could not find someone more rude and nasty than her!! not business whatsoever being a store manager. We understand if some items can not be returned; but why was I told we could? Completely disappointed. !!! Never to go to that place !!! We left that store humiliated and insulted.

Warning. Never do business with. Purchased an EXPENSIVE medical lift chair from Cottage. Chair failed mechanically well within warranty period and they refused to even attempt repair or consider a replace. Their response was, oh well, just purchase another.

I have been a very loyal customer of Cottage Pharmacy or over 10 years. I shop in the boutique as well. I’ve never had any issues with them until maybe a year ago with a pharmacist and then again last week again with a Pharmacist. I don’t know who this woman was but she was extremely rude and out of line. If there is a problem of some sort with a prescription or if you have to discuss something with the patient then a simple excuse me will do. Pull me to the side and treat me with respect. Don’t yell at me in-front of other customers. It was really uncalled for. This was an American woman not sure of her name but VERRY RUDE. I can go anywhere to fill a prescription. I made a choice to go to cottage and support a local business. But no more.
