I’ve lived here for two years and love it. Guillermo, the assistant manager is so helpful. He was so patient and extremely helpful with a process that seemed to be never ending. Out of all my years of living in apartments, I’ve never met someone that cared about helping people get into a place as much as this man. I’m sooooo grateful for Guillermo and his help to get my two boys and myself into our place! Thank you!!!

Great apartments and there is a pool. Right by all the stores and in n out and walmart plus grocery stores. The office staff is professional and worked so hard to get me into my apartment. I ran into some walls but they worked diligently to push through them and I was able to get my apartment. They are very kind and when I had questions they answered them and if I ever had issues they were resolved. I've lived here for years and went from a 3b2b to a 2b1b and the transition was awesome. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. Its kid friendly with children of all ages. The office staff works hard for the residents and make sure they are taken care of.

We lived here for 3 years and loved it, we never had any problems with anyone. The staff is great, the property was always kept clean, and I liked the fact that it was always quiet. We met some awesome neighbors, my kids made a lot of friends. Unfortunately we had to move out of State that's why we moved out. We did move back to Cali a year later and we re-applied but we didn't get approved due to they're new guidelines. We were a little bummed out, because we thought since we were good renters and left in good terms we would be able to get back in.

Its not like it use to be. It used to be a clean nice place, not so much anymore the amanda Apts are better.As far as ssi as long as you have another income then maybe.

Call, normally there is a waitlist, they say can take up to 3 years. BUT I got called at 4-6 months. I was there for 4 years and moved to murrieta, wish. I hadn't. I'm back where I started. VS is decent wonderful staff and good sized apts.
