Thank you for inquiring about our Park. Yes, someone passed, and the family is in the process of clearing. I don't know when that will be available. We never move fast on our applicants. We check and verify all information on applications thoroughly.

Our family manages our small quaint Park. We do not post any of our personal numbers or email addresses. I just updated our business message line which points to both of our properties: 951-678-SWAP [7927]. We also own the Lakeland Outdoor Market just minutes from the Bedrock RV property. The phone number is used for both businesses. We do not post our Rates, as they vary to space and type and can change. We have an on-site Manager. We prefer in-person inquiries. Local ordinances do not allow us to rent permanent spaces, but we can work out longer term rentals and have a formal application process for both short and long term renting. The spaces vary according to location in the park. We have 4 rental structures, which we call "Caves" i.e. Bedrock. They are studios. We require in-person to pick up application from on-site Manager. We are protective of the property and our tenants' privacy. Ours is the best private RV Park on the Lake.
