Nosey guests, all watching what the next guy is doing. Lots of weirdos. Lots of unleashed dogs. They're weird about the bathrooms there. They need more lighting, especially at night. Some of the guests need to clean up their messy yards and control their animals. No laundry facilities.

The owners of this park do next to nothing about the people who leave their dog outside to bark, cry and howl all day and night. Very unpleasant.

Would love to rent a spot but can never get ahold of anyone
No it is not included. Water is included. I take my propane in monthly for refills for gas and I pay electric. I go through spectrum for cable.
