As a landlord, they were TERRIBLE to me. I caught them stealing from me but they returned it. I could go on and on. Adam is particularly rude. I highly don't recommend them. Note: when working with new managers only do 6 month contracts and/or make sure there is no cancellation fee.

Had a great experience being shown the property. Mike was extremely friendly and made everyone feel very welcome! Looking forward to applying. Edit - After having lived at the property managed by Access Asset property management, I can confidently say they are awful with communication. They almost never answer their phones and when they do, they run you in circles. We moved in and there were no screens in the 2nd floor bedrooms. We called many times throughout the two years we lived there for NOTHING to be done about it. We were then CHARGED to have them replaced after we moved out. They took it out of our security deposit. Similar situation with the AC which was broken for the first year we lived there. I could go on and on about how awful this company was to deal with. They "manage" nothing. Sincerely hope changes are made within the company so no one else has to deal with this.

We worked with Adam and he was great! Working with AAM was easy and welcoming.

Unfortunately wasn't told you need a good credit score to get in a nice place until after I paid the fee and was shown a shack ...

Hi Narry, my apologies for any communication issues related to your application. We have three team members currently working through applications and you should hear something soon. If your application isn’t processed for any reason you will receive a refund of your application fee.
You would log into your access management account online, and click on work request (or "work order") and tell them about the issue.
I'm pretty sure management makes them do that
No, but our vendors do. Some people may think that is too much, and I am happy to pay you to drive and replace light bulbs for less if you are up for it. Let me know and and we can get the vendor paperwork ready. Keep in mind you have to be licensed, bonded, and insured and you will be 1099’ed at the end of the year. Make sure and withhold at least 30% of your earnings for taxes, of course California charges a minimum of $800.00 in tax against an LLC or a Corporation so you will have to do a lot of lightbulbs to make a profit, but hey that is the business. All joking aside, please put yourself in other’s shoes and see things from an alternative perspective before complaining about the small things in life. We don’t mark up the repairs, 100% of what you are charged is paid to the vendor and we benefit 0% from what you are charged. We haven’t been able to find a vendor who meets the requirements that will do it for less, but the moment we do that charge will be reduced.
